We have 16 brightsigns on 16, 55" tvs as a video wall, i can see all of them in BrightAuthor "Connected" and push content to them but when i open BrightAuthor ver. 5.0.1.9 to try and make this a Brightwall presentaion so all 16 tv's are one large screen, I cannot see any of the units, they all say "unable to connect" as i add them via IP address. I know i can get to the units because i can ping them with no issue and "BA connected" sees them too. Also, i set the XT1144 as a local network and still no luck, Not sure what else to try. thank you for any help.

Bright Scripters A player will appear on the type of BrightAuthor which was used to create the setup files.
If you want to create a BrightWall using BrightAuthor 5.x, you should create setup files for players using BrightAuthor 5.x.
