Hello, on XT1144 i need to decommission the player from Sprint preload. Factory reset (SVS+RESET) does not do anything. It keeps taking me to the SPRINT demo that keeps playing. Is there a way to wipe all and start clean?

Allen H. Porter Funny. That is my Troubleshooting presentation. That player is owned by SageNet/Convergent. It was leased to the company named in the Presentation.. So the odds are great that this player is stolen.
At any rate, nope...Not helping on this one.

Chris What proof do you have that it was stolen? It was bought second hand. Your reply states what I already know about the device. my question was if it is possible to wipe it out and how.
