How to Stream Youtube Video on BrightSign with Closed Captions ON

I followed suggested instructions from here https://support.brightsign.biz/hc/en-us/articles/360005256394-How-do-I-play-a-YouTube-video-on-my-player-using-BrightAuthor 

and here
https://developers.google.com/youtube/player_parameters 

and I am still unable to get my BrightSign to auto turn on the closed captions on any youtube video. 

I also tried disabling the Enable native video plane playback option.

BrightSign is an XT1144

I'd like to stream the live NASA feed during the April 8th eclipse.
I have found how to turn on the CC with a mouse but would prefer to do it automatically cause I will not be on-site for this.
