Hello there, we're encountering the following issue:
we have a LS425 connected to our Brightsign:connected cloud. We're having a presentation seperated into two zones. One smaller Zone to show a video and a second zone to display a PDF menu. Because of the resolution restriction of zone2 (1080x1300) our menu looks really bad and not sharp. When uploading the PDF we also get the message saying that our pdf is too big and that it need to be scaled down to 1080x1300px. Is there a way to make our set-up work? The resolution for the menu now makes the menu itself unreadable on the display. Every help is welcome!
