Getting timeout error when trying to update player through DWS

Is anyone else getting this when trying to update to the latest version?

    Some BrightSignOS versions, especially 8.0.x versions earlier than 8.0.146, have issues with DWS file transfers and updating from the DWS.  In those cases you may need to update the firmware either by publishing the update with a schedule publish or manually writing it to the player's storage device.

    We've had the same issue. Probably best is to click on Export Log and send the file to support@brightsign.biz. That would provide the details they would need to fix the issue.
