Player HD225 is not downloading any contents

Hello,

We have recently encountered an issue with our newly installed players HD225. While they successfully connect to our server and appear to accept the presentation, the tracks are not playing any content. Could you help us investigate this problem?

We are using BrightAuthor Classic to publish presentations and BSNEE. I have attached the configuration file that was used.

    What happens if you publish to a test player using methods other than via BSNEE?

    Can you share the .bpf file? (No need for media files)
