XT1144 activation

I'm setting up 3 XT1144s, the first went well, so I got confident and tried copying the 1st setup file and applying it to the second to not have to go through the IP and wifi setup from scratch.   that worked, but it skipped the Activation Screen.   now I can't activate it.  I can see it in BrightAuthor, but not as part of my Brightsign Network.  if I try to manually do it, it asks for Player Credentials.     What are the default player credentials, I assume it uses the SN, but all the iterations I've tried don't get me there
