BA Connected here.
Due to network restriction, I'm getting a network connection with a untag vlan (100) and a tagged vlan (30). I want my Brightsign units to be in the VLAN 30.
This network cable from IT connected to my laptop and tagging that VLAN works as expected.
I can configure everything in the BA Connected as wanted but once I start the unit and check the logs it seems to only take the main card (untagged vlan) and doesn't apply the settings for the vlan 30. I can't reach the Brightsign from the VLAN30.
From the webpage I see eth0 but not eth0.30.
In the logs I can see it's reading the setup.json (showing the VLAN 30 settings) but I only see commands applying the IP/mask for the eth0 and not the eth0.30.
I've also tried with a small managed switch but will no success. Quite sure the problem is on the BS side and not on my network side.
Did someone successfully get VLAN working on a Brightsign ?
