player are in simple file networking, my client change his computer and we are trying to get thoings working as it was with his previous computer. He is using BA connected on mac. Thanks in advance for any clue.
Try quitting the BA Connected app and try again. Solved the issue for me.
For those in the future who find this single, lonely page on the entire internet about this error:
This error seems to mean that there is a conflict with the data already on the microSD card so you need to go back to the start which, in my case, was the steps on this page: Local Network Setup - Docs - Support
To be clear: take out the SD card from the device and format it - yes, seriously - and re-save the Setup to the now-blank SD card, then load your Presentation again, point to the device, then Publish all your media to the device.
Every time I've run into this error, these steps fixed the issue for me.
