I'm currently having an issue with one of my XD1034. I've tried loading a project with the following characteristics - 3840x2160 resolution, 25p, 1 video (mp4, H264 codec) - but it keeps getting stuck on the test card.
The test card shows the name of the Brightsign, as well as "1920px.1080px" ; "1.78.1" and "14 x 8 full squares". It also showcases a grid, and the typical coloured test card.
I've used this same presentation many other times without issue, and only recently has this problem come up.
I've tried it on three different monitors, one with the equivalent resolution (3840x2160), as well as two smaller ones, and the problem persists. I've also tried with different videos, and the same happens as well.
Only if I make a presentation with the 1920x1080 proportion, does it play the video. I don't think the problem is in the presentation itself because, as I said, I've used the same one (same specs, everything), and had no issue.
Other than that, I have no idea why this is happening, but if anyone has any clue, I'd really appreciate it.
