I'm using an LS425 player along with the USB-C to GPIO adapter (PN: GP800-C) to connect a camera that sends an event every time a face is detected. Tests have been done that the camera does send the signal correctly, but the player is not receiving the events.
When using the same camera connections with the adapter on an LS423 and LS424 model, the event is received correctly and works as expected.

I see that in the compatible products, the LS425 model is not listed. My question is: Is a different adapter required for this model? Or is there something I should modify directly in the player or configuration?
