BSN CLOUD CODE not showing

I'm new user. (using HD1025)

I'm trying to set up new device (it's okay for standalone and local network)

However, I'd like to manage all my devices in BSN.CONTROL.

I do follow the manual

reset factory

format sd card

connect lan internet

but BSN CLOUD CODE not showing on my screen.

Do you have any advice?

  Thanks for your advice.

  Now I can get Activation Code.

  I think I wrong solution for reset factory.

  After boot with press hold reset + svc button.

  It works.
