XC4055: Not synced outputs

Hi, just instaled a XC4055 using the 1x4 template making each a 1920x1080. I noticed that my outputs are not synced. Any suggestions? Just read that the XC4055 dont need to sync anything but im asking if i need to make a zone sync?

Thanks

Are you feeding identical monitors with identical HDMI signal path?

Are you playing a single UHD video file, or 4 different video files?

Would be helpful if you shared your presentation file here. Just the .bpf/.bpfx file without the media file/s.

The presentation is showing that there is no sync mechanism for the four videos.

I'm seeing two ways to solve this problem.

    1. Produce a single video, and have each HDMI output show the appropriate 1/4 of the complete video "canvas".

    2. Change the presentation so zone 1 sends zone messages to all other zones, to ensure that all four videos start at the same time. Zone 1 should be the only zone with Media End event.

    Hi, thanks for the reply.

I read that the XC4055 doesnt need to sync the outputs but maybe thats the problem. Right now i cant produce a single video.

If its not asking too much can u send me one presentation with option 2 so i can try please?

    Thanks

    Hi,

I've spent the entire day just trying to get two fikles to play and I still have nothing, if there is a known brightauthorconnect presentation that works and play back 4 files on the 4 hdmi outputs that I can just edit file names and interactivity for so one button starts the 4 screens that would great, I'm pulling my hairout, I've used BA for a long time and never had the problems I'm having today, I know it's not my codec as the file will play on a 1033

    Thanks in anticipation
