Audio control over HDMI ARC for multiple devices

Good Afternoon, 

I am looking at  controlling two soundbars and a subwoofer over HDMI ARC. This is a push button for solution 1 and the 2nd solution is a digital screen with the buttons on screen.  when a sound bar is selected it will play an audio file which then lights up the product. and whilst either product is playing (Both the soundbars will play individually)  there is a button to turn the subwoofer on and off.  

i was thinking of using nexmosphere push buttons and lights. in terms of controlling the devices is there a brightsign media player that you can recommend which can control at least 3 HDMI ARC outputs? 

could you potentially give me a full kit list of what i would need to achieve this and how i can trigger volume over ARC and if you have any information on how this is done.
