Blank Screen

blank screen 
We have been publishing a page on a brightsign hd225 for three months
but after a while of playing, the screen goes blank with the following text: client-side error. 
It always happens after a week, can you advise me to solve this problem and stop the brightsign going blank?

I already updated to chromiun 120
