Stuck on Device Setup

Hello all! 

I have a BrightSign LS4 and I've tried to faculty reset the player for other issues uploading content I was having. Now my BrightSign is stuck on Device Setup. There is no IP address that pops up to do custom device setup. I let it run through the automatic player setup and then when it gets down to 0 seconds it says that the setup has automatically timed out and to reboot the device. 

If anyone have any thoughts on how I can fix this, that would be very appreciated! Thank you!

    Hi Jessica,

    I dont know if you already solved the problem, but this problem can occur if the player tries do download setup or other information from the network and doesn't have access to the network (LAN/WLAN).

    Did you try to create a new setup on a blank SDcard and switch the card with the existing one in the player?

    If this doesn't help, there is an autorun-file which resets the player to the factory settings and this will do the trick.
