We work with Brightsigns constantly in our exhibitions. It seems, with each new player launch, they get worse and worse for reliability. The charger is always loose across any player. They will not sync correctly, always a slight delay or just does not play. Obviously there is no new content online to assist. We have 3 techs making projects identical to how we always have, if Brightwall, setup row vs column, which is leader/follower etc. If synced project, using sync words and assigning within project ensuring it is interactive etc etc. Still nothing working correclty. Is there ever going to be support here or am I better seeking out alternative hardware?

Bright Scripters The quality of the video encoding is critical. Make sure you are within recommended specs.

Network quality and availability is also key.
Looks like there is some frustration in your experience with BrightSign players. Those at times can be a touch Pony to ride but there is always a way to get it right, and once you do, the performance is rock solid.
