Allen H. Porter Players are set for DHCP or static IP info.
If you have your player set for DHCP at the current location and move it to another facility that also supports DHCP, there should be no issues...assuming each location allows the player to reach all of BrightSigns URLs.
If your player is set for static IP information you may have to change it to whatever scheme the new location uses for it to get Internet access. This can be done remotely via the player properties in the WebUI (before taking the player offline for the move) or you can edit the current-synch.xml file located on the player's micro_SD card.
