No active presentations

I recently attempted to update my firmware and have had a devil of a time getting them back up and running.

Using the webui, I have added my presentations to play all day, every day on my xd1132 in the 'groups' tab (under properties). I have my presentation selected as well, but in the current usage tab there are no active presentations shown.

    I'm assuming that you are using BSN.

    It is possible that the presentation is not compatible with the new firmware.

    You could try and open the presentation in the most recent BrightAuthor, and do the following:

    Upload to BSN

    Publish to the BSN group from BrightAuthor.

     

    Publishing, with BA, should take care of versions conflicts between firmware version, and the presentation's autorun version.
