Interactive Touchscreen Compatibility Check with XT-1143

Created an interactive project, but the device (XT-1143) is not responding to any of the touch screen events.

The touch screen overlay is OPTIR TOUCH from KEYTEC, INC and is connected via USB, not Serial.

Also, I can see the  'X' mouse cursor in the center of the screen, but if I attach a mouse to the BrightSign device, the cursor never moves.

* Does touchscreen interactivity only function using RS-232?

* Is there a list of compatible touch screens?

  I have used many different USB Samsung and LG touch screen overlays with the HD1023, XD1033, and XT1143 without issue.  I have used a mouse to simulate touch as well.  Even done all of this through a USB hub on occasion.

   

  No issues.  Reboot the player with the device attached?

   

  I have never actually used RS232 touch before.
