Upload Problem HD223

Hi Together, we currently use 13 BrightSign HD223s worldwide and we have some problems uploading. Some network units work, some don't, although all conditions are the same (i. e. same media to play, etc.). That also means that at 4 here in Germany 2 work and two not. Sometimes I get an error message that it is not possible to upload the presentation, sometimes I can upload the presentation on all units, but then I see in the manager that it is only played on one unit. Slowly I am desperate for the possibilities, because after 2 attempts the BrightAuthor hangs up and nothing works. Anybody got any advice?

I am also aware that my problem is very general, but I do not know how to describe it in more detail, because all conditions are the same everywhere. Anybody got any tips for me to try?

    is this brightsign cloud service you're using? or are the units being managed locally, separately at these different locations? or are you using another cloud service?

     

    Locally, you can log into the ip address of the unit. The log tab should have some information about what's happening on the player. You can also check the sd tab, currentlog folder, and see if the log file there has any errors reported.
