Lance Lander You can see a player's IP address if you power it up without the SD card. Once you know the IP address put the SD card back in the player. Then go to the "manage" tab in BrightAuthor and down on the bottom, left side you will see "+ add BrightSign" click on the plus sign and enter the IP address for your player. You should now be able to "publish" and "manage" the player

Brandon - Have you configured the players for Local File Networking publishing either via Tools>Setup BrightSign Unit and writing the files to the card and rebooting the player it, or via the On-Device Setup (for Series 3/newer players)?
- Can you access http://IP_ADDRESS_OF_PLAYER:8080/ ?
If not, it needs to be set up for Local File Networking first (and check that you don't have a firewall blocking port 8080 on internal connections). - Do you have Bonjour enabled in Edit>Preferences, Networking tab?
If so, make sure you update Bonjour to the latest version via the Airport Utility installer.
You can uninstall the AirPort application after it completes installing, just leave Bonjour.
