XD233- BrightAuthor Resolution of Video Not Supported

I am attempting to add a 3840x2160 video file to a XD233 presentation and I get the error "The resolution of the video file is not supported."

The video is a MP4 with no audio.

  Is the video encoded H.265?  Anything larger than 1920x1080 needs to be H.265, not H.264/MPEG-2.

  Also make sure your BrightAuthor presentation targets a 4K, XD3 or XT3 model and not a model that doesn't support larger-than-1080p video.
