7.1 Audio

Did anyone had any luck with a 7.1 ec3 (dolby digital plus) file?

I did manage to get ec3 5.1 to work, but no luch with 7.1 yet.

    The player passes through AC3, so one would expect it to handle any AC3 encoded audio, but the documentation only mentions 5.1.

    I wonder if you could breakdown your 7.1 to Stereo + 5.1 and combine the analog out with SPDIF.

    We are also having problems getting 7.1 audio to work (using an XT1144) - do you have any 7.1 videos available that have been tested and confirmed to work, so we can test here on our hardware in case it is our audio decoder that is at fault?
