How to run c program on XT?

I have a XT1143 player, How to run the linux program such as 'cat, chmod, touch...'  on the player? 

I have a Program writed by c++ on ARM, which can play ppt file, I want it to be run on XT, It's possible?

    There's no linux access on the XT1143. You can only run brightscript or javascript/html. There's no way to get to the linux shell on that players.
