Remote Control and 3.5 mm IR blaster

Hi BrightSign,

 

I have BrightSign XT1143 unit more than 200 I guess now I want to use third party remote and 3.5mm IR blaster. Although I have few 3rd party remotes with me and one 3.5 mm mono IR jack but I'm not able to send or receive any command or not able to use at all. 

 

Any help would be appreciated!

    I use a cisco remote and ir adapter from their edge series and they work just fine using 7.0.60
