Hi, I have an XD2 unit. Until today it was working without any problems. We are experiencing 10 red flashes on the error lights.
We have replaced the SD card twice (A 16Gb and a 32Gb), created new setup files and ensured that the card is formatted to FAT32. Once this was completed we were able to see the new unit within BrightAuthor, although after we 'successfully' published a project to the device nothing appeared on the screen. After further review BrightAuthor was suddenly unable to see the device.
I am able to ping the device even during the time when BrightAuthour can not publish to see it. We have also rebooted the unit several times.
Any help would be appreciated.
