DNS Server Failed

Hi All,

I have one brightsign LS3 problem :

Internet :DNS server failed to respond to all potentially cached requests

how to solve it? I reset already the device but still not help me.

Please need advice, thanks

    Fix the DNS server?  Or fix the network/firewall issue blocking DNS requests.

     

    Or change the DNS server configured in the player.

    Did you add multiple DNS servers when you configured the player?

    BrightSign allows you to add up to 3.

    I typically use the following:

    8.8.4.4 (Google)

    208.67.222.222 (Open DNS)

    74.82.42.42 (Hurricane Electric)

     

    These usually update much faster than your local ISP's DNS (default DNS), especially if you are dealing with a Domain Name that has made an IP change and is in the process of propagation.
