A customer of mine has a BSN set up but no longer needs one of the players. I can get it back and use it elsewhere, but I need to be able to dis-associate it with my clients BSN to attach it to a new BSN. Is this possible? Do I just need to create a new SD card set up with the new BSN and it will drop from the old one, or does it need to be actively disconnected first?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
We run our own BSNEE (enterprise version of BSN) and we move players between accounts/networks on occasion. We just make new configs via BrightAuthor while logged into the new network. We did have to get a patch file from BrightSign some years ago that is installed on our BSNEE WebApp server that makes the old network "let go" of the player when the system sees it on the new network. If you are using BrightSign's BSN I would assume they have taken care of that.
