I have 14 XT1143 devices deployed in 2 office locations. Our content is rotating between the following:
1) A full presentation that includes MP4 videos and HTML 5 content
2) A 3 zone layout that includes live TV delivered to the HDMI input from our CATV box in a 16:9 zone on a third of the screen the remaining 2 zones included HTML 5 content and MP4 videos.
We are having an issue that when the content switches from the full screen content to the 3 zone content, the display turns purple. The audio from the HDMI input still plays.
It was suggested that this may be an issue related to HDCP on the HDMI input. I did try placing a device that strips out HDCP in front of the HDMI input, but the issue continues to occur.
We see this occurring in firmware version 7.0.60 as well as in 6.2.138.
Ideas??
