I'm new to BrightSign. I've got a model HD1023 and I'd like to add an HTLM page to my display. The HTML5 icon does not show up after adding an HTML site. If I change my Model to XD1030 in BrightAuthor the icon appears?
My question is what should I set my model to in order to enable HTML5 icon but also not mess up any other setting or what is rendered on the display?

You must have the wrong model selected. When you build a new project, you can scroll and choose the HD1023 or any other HD3 model (223) and it will show the html icon.
If you choose a HD1020 then it won't show. Double check the model # that was at the top of your ba project when you didn't see the html option.
