RSS Ticker is not working onr my HD1023& XD233 and BrightAuthor Preview.
When I add Yahoo Japan weather it displays part of RSS (not including title)

These feeds fail on the player? THe preview isn't an emulator so the fact that it doesn't work in preview doesn't mean it won't work on the player. The default rss ticker in brightauthor looks for content in the decription tag only. So, if your feeds don't put their details in the description tag, it won't be displayed. This explains why you don't have the title in the first example.
For example, this feed, has no description tags at all. As you see below, there's no description tag inside of the item tag. So, it's not a standard rss feed. You can use an parser plugin with the feed. The plugin would supplement the normal parsing behavior to use the title instead of description or use both if that's what you want.
You can add a plugin to a feed under file, presentation properties, datafeeds, under advanced section for the feed. If you email support, they can send you a parser plugin to test.
