Trouble setting up new HD223 devices to existing network

We currently have 9 functioning HD223 devices on the BrightSign cloud Network. I am trying to ad 3 additional units but am running into trouble trying to run setup.

I've uploaded the setup files to a microSD and fired it up successfully. The problem is there is no USB port to hook in a keyboard.

I switched to a PC instead of the TV directly and the HD223 device won't show up on either of the (PC) laptops I tried.

Thoughts?
