Hey guys and gals
I'm in a huge bind and am hoping someone can help me out. Our brightsign players (2) have been working for months. I used them last week for 2 shows and no issues. Today I open BrightAuthor, and it takes way longer to open than normal. Says "Not Responding" for a minute or two, then opens like normal.
When I first had Brightsign open, my 2 players were listed but couldn't publish. When I refreshed, both player statuses changed to saying Cannot connect to (IP address).
I removed the players from the BrightAuthor and now I can't readd them. It keeps saying that there isn't a player associated with the IP.
I CAN PING THESE DEVICES IN CMD.
If I can ping them, why can't I add them?
I have uninstalled BrightAuthor and reinstalled.
What am I missing? I really need these things up and running 2 hours. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
