Problems with Elo Touch

Hello

 

I've some monitor touch Elo ET224L-8UWA-0-M (no hid) and I've a project with XD1033 and XT1143.

With the XT1143 the monitor are recognised. With the XD1033 monitor is not recognized. When I insert the calibration script appear "check screen is connected".

Do you have som suggestions?

    Is this the 2244L?  That model comes in a few flavors:

    Single Touch (SAW)
    Dual Touch (SAW)
    PCAP

    I have never had to calibrate an ELO touchscreen when used with a BrightSign device.

    A few things to check:

    1. Ensure that the USB cable is tightly connected.
    2. Be sure to connect USB before booting the device, it may need to register the device
    3. Ensure the Presentation is using the interactive settings (for debug, always show the cursor) [Presentation properties]
