Viewsonic TD2421 Monitor - Displaying "Out of Range"

I see someone had the same issue with an ELO screen. When you are authoring be sure to uncheck the (force resolution) button in BrightAuthor. All I could get to display on the viewsonic was "out of range" and I could not get to any other controls to make an adjustment. Kill the force resolution button and you are all set. I love BrightSign and Viewsonic and I am happy to say that work well together.
