The requirements for seamless looping have PCM audio in it, but 5.1 sound only works with AC3.
Is there any way to encode a video file with 5.1 audio that loops seamlessly?

Lyndon Seamless looping audio has to be encoded as specified in the faq, so no seamless 5.1 is possible.
