We are currently trying to deploy some of your XT1144 units in China, but they have been held up in customs. We are being asked for a CCC Certification for the units since they have an HDMI output??
I'm not really sure what to do in this case. I'm hoping BrightSign has this form available so we are able to get our shipment through.
