How to control volume in action tap of APP

How do we send the UDP cmd to increase or decrease the volume by using action tap in app.

  But I cannot make my media player to master.

  UDP Commands with Multiple Players 

  but It not working. Is there any video tutorial.

  The idea is that you have a single player communicating with the app.

  That player would then send out UDP messages, to other players, that are not directly communicating with the app.

  Pretty straight forward, master sends, and slaves listen and respond.

  One of my ex-colleague already setup the master with only Stop and Play UDP command and recently I've added the new UDP command with Vol Up Vol Down but it only work in a single device. How can I set it to when I want to send the UDP vol up to master the slave will vol up too?
