USING A HD1023 WITH BA 4.7.2.5
I HAVE (2) .MP4 FILES WHICH I WAN TO BE ABLE TO SWITCH FROM VIDEO 1 TO VIDEO 2 VIA UDP AT ANYTIME DURING THE VIDEO PLAYBACK.
IN ADDITION I NEED TO PROVIDE A TRANSITION EFFECT DURING THE SWITCH.
I SEE METHODS TO ALLOW EITHER/ OR USING 'ALL MEDIA' AND 'VIDEO PLAYLISTS' BUT NOT A METHOD TO USE BOTH IN CONJUNCTION.
It does seem somewhat odd that UDP is not available in All Media List...
You can create a second zone, that doesn't play any media, and only handles UDP events, which would then relay a zone message to the All Media List in the other zone.
(This has not been tested, and should be taken as general direction to take)
