I have 30 HD3 Media Players in my organization. One of my ex-colleague in French came here and configured all of it and then went back to French.
So right now I'm the one in control what left behind from him.
I have two major problems that I need some help from this community.
1. Offline state in Mobile App
-> After complete to add all the media, around 15 minutes later mostly the Media go to Offline state in Mobile App, but with the physical media can be pinged and also can access through web by IP.
2. The Master Media
-> My ex-colleague had setup one media to be the master with the UDP command that can control to stop and play with all the other 29 slaves, and It work just fine, but when I add more UDP command to the Master itself It's not working to all the slaves instead it work only within the master itself.
