Is it possible to upload files to a BrightSign unit?

I want to create myself the BPF files, but I need to automate the file transfer through the network.

    are you saying you want to publish files to the player using brightauthor automatically. When files are uploaded through brightauthor, there's a hash generated for the file so that the player can verify it was copied successfully. That makes it so you can't just drop the file onto the player.

    If you have a server on your network, you can setup the player to play an mrss feed, and run a batch file on your webserver that will generate an updated feed/xml file whenver you copy files into the folder on the webserver. That would take care of the automatic updates.
