I tried to play a 4K video with 5.1 audio from an SD card using BrightAuthor and the BrightSign HD224 but it didn't show anything at all.
The file format is an H.265 .mp4 with 5.1 AAC audio which I just imported in BrightAuthor. In the presentation properties I set the audio configuration to 'Mixed Audio PCM/ Compressed' and changed the audio output in the zone properties to 'pass through'.
Then I published it to an SD card with 'Standalone unit with setup' turned on.
When I tried to play it via HDMI and an audio-HDMI de-embedder on a monitor, it didn't show anything at all.
Any idea?
