Issue with presentation not looping

Networked/synced BrightSign player has developed an issue where the presentation will play once, then when it gets to the end of its sequence the screen says ‘no signal’ then has beautiful landscape photos, before turning off and then restarting after 1 minute.

Presentations are made using BrightAuthor then uploaded to BrightNetwork.

    If the player's crashing and rebooting, it should report the error that leads to the reboot. Are you able to log into ip address of the player in your web browser? If you can, on the log tab, right before it reboots, there should be errors reported in the system log.  Please post a link to your brightauthor presentation file, or send a link to those files to support@brightsign.biz
