No prunable items means your sd card thinks it's full. Or if you have storage management enabled, the allotment you've set a side for one of your data categories is full.  It means the player couldn't find anything to delete to make room for what it's trying to download.

I have some players reporting No prunable items remaining in pool. (Error code: -10004).
This only shows in the BS Connected Error Logs window when you select the player on the netowrk tab.
It doesn't seem show this error in the logs on the player.
We did have too much content scheduled which would have filled the card.
We've now rescheduled around 6gb of content, the cards are 16gb, but the error is still being reported.
Any other troubleshooting we can do or do we need to start removing files from the card via DWS?

The current schedule remains active during the publish, so there must be enough storage space to contain the new scheduled content (skipping duplicate/reused content) alongside the content in the schedule currently playing.  Once the new schedule is completely transferred, the player will switch over to the newly-published schedule.

AVOID deleting things from the pool folder manually - you could put the player into a reboot loop.
Check your storage limits if enabled, as Lyndon mentioned above.
Then publish a schedule containing a presentation with just a couple of still images or a short video.

Once the new schedule is active, the old schedule's content will no longer be in use and the player will be able to free that storage space as needed.
