Alternate Scheduling

I have (1) Presentation and (2) Projectors. I have managed to get the Projectors to TURN ON, PLAY the Presentation and then TURN OFF. What I am looking to do is alternate the Projectors every other week. Is there a workaround this outside of manually updating? Thank you.

    You are using RS232 or something on the BS player to kick the projectors on? If you have network up to the area, you may just want to skip the BS control of the projectors and use something like NaviSet (NEC) or Panasonics version https://panasonic.net/cns/projector/download/application/multiprojector/ to control the projectors/send them a schedule. These often work with other Proj manf. and other manf. often have their own software.

    Use one of those as a service (on a machine that's always on) to do it, or as the case most of the time, use the software to push schedules to the projectors (set the date/time, on/off schedules and push the settings to the proj.)
