You should probably need to create the content as UHD 3840 x 2160, and let the display crop the top left part of the frame.

You'd need to produce the content accordingly.

You might need to force the player resolution in BrightAuthor, should the player and display do not agree on the right resolution.

Most LED Processors will take in either an HD or 4K input.

What I normally do is create a zone that matches the LED wall pixel resolution, and set up the wall to start at 0,0 in the processor, and the zone for 0,0 in the Layout.  The processor will then do the cropping for you of everything outside of the zone (there should be no panels outside the zone anyways). I do this all the time for a variety of LED Wall sizes for events usually with the NovaStar processors.

So set the XT224 for 3840 x 2160 output (force resolution is usually a good idea to turn on when connecting to a processor.

You will need to halve the zone size numbers in the layout, but it will be normal on the players output. It is a stupid quirk with 4K zone sizes in BrightAuthor. So set a 1536 x 575 zone size that will be  a 3072 x 1150 output size.

You said that is a 16:9 aspect ratio, but it does not appear to be. But if you want the 16:9 content to fit that area, just set the zone view mode and image mode to Scale To Fill and the player will do the scaling for you.
