We had an internet outage and one of our BrightSign unit that normally connected to a local network is not working.
The error message "The storage device is missing, has not been formatted, or is damaged. Please remove, reformat and reinsert the storage device (or use a new one). Then, reboot the device. " is shown.
I can't see a memory card on the device and if I'm not wrong it never had one.
What would I need to do to get it working again?
