Purple Screen in some LG LED Display

Hi im using XD 234 with firmware version of 7.1.53 and HDMI cable on our 32", 49" and 55" LG Screen, everytime we turn off our tv for about an hour or so and turn it back on the display will have a purple hue all over the screen. is there some way we can prevent this from happening again.

    Known issue with that firmware.  Upgrade and the problem is resolved.  I think the current firmware is somewhere in the 8.0.69 range.

    I'm dealing with the same issue right now with XT1144 on the latest firmware.

    We are still at 8.0.48 and we have enough LG displays out there that we would know if this were happening.  When we were using 7.1.53, we were alerted very quickly.
