BrightSign Network subscriptions (auto renew vs non-auto new)

I have multiple brightsign network accounts that I manage with multiple brightsign players.  Now that there are options to purchase an auto-renew subscription vs manual renew does anyone know how to differentiate when listed in the BSN web interface?

 

For example, on the current usage tab it shows all the devices then the invoice of the subscription purchase, creation date, activation date, expiration date, subscription type, and status? All the units I manage say subscription type Commercial; 365 days and they all have an expiration date. However, I know for a fact some of these are auto-renew and some are not.


I enabled email notifications for subscriptions that are about to expire and today received one.  I don't know if its auto-renew or not so I am not sure if I should tell the customer to purchase another subscription...

Anyone have any comments or in the same situation?  Thanks

    Hi Brandon,

    The renewal type for subscriptions is only visible to BrightSign Network administrator. Please open a support ticket or contact orders@brightsign.biz, provide the name of your network and serial numbers of BrightSign units.
